On the MIELI Crisis Chat you can reach out if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with a difficult situation. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly where to start, just share how things feel right now.
The person you’ll speak with is either a crisis work professional or a trained volunteer from MIELI ry or one of our member organisations across Finland.

To book your chat, you will be guided to the Tukinet platform. Please note that you will need to sign in or create an anonymous Tukinet account to complete your booking.
We recommend booking your chat session a day in advance. Please note that bookings must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
