Job search coaching provides support and guidance for your job search.
Applying for a job is a skill that can be learned. In job search coaching, you will learn, for example:
- to apply for a job goal-orientedly and independently,
- to use the job search channels best suited to you, and
- to assess your own skills and format them into a job application and CV.
After the coaching, you will be better able to search for information about jobs, employers and the labor market. The coaching will also provide you with information on how companies recruit personnel.
Job search coaching is free of charge. The coaching is organized by the municipal employment services of the Päijät-Häme Employment Area or by private service providers.
