Integration plan
Municipality of Hollola
The purpose of an integration plan is to support your integration in Finland. It agrees on Finnish language studies that correspond to your study skills and skills and on participation in services that promote employment that best suit your situation. The plan can also include an agreement, for example, on reading and writing courses in your native language, or participation in further education on the Finnish society.
The Päijät-Häme Employment Services will start preparing an integration plan no later than two weeks after the initial assessment has been carried out for you. You prepare an integration plan together with an expert from a municipality or The Päijät-Häme Employment Services. For justified reasons, you can draw up a plan only with a municipality or The Päijät-Häme Employment Services.
The first plan is drawn up for at most one year, and it is revised as agreed. The maximum duration of the integration plan is 2 years. However, in some cases the maximum period may be extended by two years.
The integration plan is always individual and tailored to your situation and needs.
