The service offers support and advice to people living in Finland without a right of residence. You can contact the hotline on weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm, use WhatsApp to send messages or make a call, or leave a call request by email. You can also discuss your situation anonymously via chat, which is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 pm and 4 pm. In the chat, an employee or volunteer will serve you in Finnish and English.
The service will help you to map out your life situation, find solutions and find and use services, such as social and health services. If necessary, you will be directed to the right legal or health support. The purpose of the service is to help you access the support you need easily and confidentially.
The service itself is free of charge. Contacting by phone costs the same as a normal mobile phone call.

Call or send a message: The hotline is open weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm. If you choose WhatsApp, you can send a message at any time, and you will be answered as soon as possible.
Visit the chat during opening hours: The chat is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 4 pm. The chat conversation is anonymous and works in Finnish and English.
Tell us about your situation: During the contact, you can describe your situation and needs. An employee or volunteer will help you find solutions and the services you need.
Follow the instructions you receive: If necessary, you will be directed to further services, such as legal or health support.
